Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Store credit is offered for any jewelry that is returned within 7 days of ordering. We do not offer full refunds.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our part, in which case we will send you a return label.

What about jewelry repairs?

Free repairs are offered within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase to reference purchase date. 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on repaired jewelry.

When will I get my order?

Standard US shipping takes 1-7 days. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout. You will always receive a notification when your order is shipped.

We are not responsible if a package is lost or delayed during shipment. We do not offer compensation for errors made by the post office or by the buyer at check-out.

Where are your products manufactured?

I make everything myself at my home office in Lafayette, LA. I am the sole owner and operator of Everkind Jewels.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
